Simple Process.Serious Results.
No black boxes, no surprises. Just a clear path your order follows, with you informed the whole way.
From day one, working with M.A Garments feels less like outsourcing and more like having your own production team. You send a brief; we turn it into samples, cut and sew it on our own lines, inspect it and ship it, keeping you in the loop at every stage.
01Initial Inquiry & Requirement Brief
Everything starts with a clear brief. We sit down with your tech-packs, target prices, quantities, quality expectations and delivery window, and we ask the questions that prevent problems later. You leave this stage with a documented understanding of the programme and a single point of contact who owns it from here on.
02Costing & Material Sourcing
With your brief in hand, we work out accurate costing and confirm we are the right maker for your product. Once you are happy, we source fabric, yarn and trims from mills and suppliers we trust, matched to your construction, hand-feel and price, and inspect every incoming lot for GSM, shade and shrinkage before it reaches the cutting table.
Sampling & Approval
Our sample room drives the development sequence: proto, fit and counter samples, with fabric, trims and pattern revisions handled between your team and our pattern masters. Every round is logged with measurements and comments. The stage closes only when you have approved a sample that genuinely represents the bulk you want.
04Pre-Production Planning
Before a single piece is cut, we confirm the pre-production sample, lock fabric and trim deliveries, and agree a time-and-action calendar. We balance our sewing lines to your order and pressure-test the timeline against your ship date. This is where speed is won: a well-planned order rarely needs heroics later.
05Bulk Production
Approved samples and materials go into bulk on our cutting tables and sewing lines. Because production is in-house, we control the pace and the quality directly, tracking cutting, sewing, finishing and packing milestones, and keeping you updated with real percentages and photographs rather than reassurance.
Quality Inspection
Our QC team inspects against the approved sample and signed-off spec, in-line while the garments are being sewn, and again on finished, packed goods through a final random inspection. Defects are documented with photos and measurements, and reworked on our own floor. Nothing ships on a "probably fine".
07Finishing, Packing & Shipment
Finished garments are pressed, tagged, folded and packed to your carton specification. We prepare and check the export documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices and supporting paperwork, and coordinate with your nominated forwarder on booking and FOB hand-over, keeping dispatch tied to the production calendar.
08Post-Delivery Follow-Up
After delivery we follow up on how the goods arrived and how they performed, and we capture anything worth improving: fit feedback, packaging notes, line performance. That record makes your next order faster and tighter. A good manufacturing relationship compounds; we are building for the second order, not just the first.
